Thanksgiving holiday cinic hours
Urgent Care clinic
Urgent Care at University Physicians Medical Building,
1101 Hospital Drive, will be closed on Thanksgiving Day,
Thursday, Nov. 26.
Urgent Care will be open noon to 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 27, and
open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 28 and 29.
If you need immediate assistance during the time Urgent Care is closed,
please go to the University Hospital Emergency Room.

Primary and specialty clinics
University Physicians clinics will be open until 5 p.m. on Wednesday,
Nov. 25, and close on Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27.

Making appointments
To schedule an appointment with a University Physician, call the corresponding clinic telephone number. Our staff members will be happy to assist you and will do their best to accommodate your schedule.

If you would like an appointment with a University Physician but have not yet chosen a doctor, take advantage of our online physician directory. Follow the simple instructions to search for a doctor by name, interest, specialty or language.

Canceling appointments
Call your clinic to cancel any time. Two working days before your scheduled clinic appointment, a computerized reminder service will telephone you. You may confirm or cancel your appointment during the confidential call. If you confirm your appointment but later are unable to keep it, please call the clinic to cancel.

E-Patient Online
In an effort to better serve our patients University Physicians is in the process of developing new and more efficient on-line web tools for you to communicate with your provider, request appointments and medication refills, and make payments. In order to focus on that effort, we have discontinued ePatient online, effective July 1, 2009. We look forward to announcing new options in the near future.
